My name is Crystal Winans, owner and operator of Brows by CCW. I proudly operate from a private home studio, offering a comfortable and professional environment by appointment only. I have been professionally trained and certified since 2016 and am a state-licensed permanent makeup artist and BBP-certified professional. As a former surgical technologist, I understand the importance of cleanliness, sterility, and proper infection control, and I hold my studio to those same high standards. I specialize in 3D Microblading and Ombré Shading. I am committed to excellence and exceptional customer service—let my experience speak for itself. My goal is to help women look and feel their best by enhancing their natural beauty and boosting their confidence.

Cancellation Policy

To reserve an appointment a non-refundable retainer (deposit) fee of $50 is required. Although the booking app requires a card, it doesn’t allow me to see or charge it for deposits. All retaining fees are non-refundable if you choose to change your mind the day of your appointment, it will go towards the consultation fee. Otherwise, Deposits will go towards your service. Card payments will have a 8.25% service sales tax fee charge. No shows will be charged 30% of the service, which will be processed to the clients card on file. Last minute rescheduling is subjected to a $50 rescheduling fee. Late arrivals, 15 minutes or more past a scheduled appointment, are subject to cancellation and will be considered a No Show. Cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to your appt in order to transfer your deposit . Reasonable accommodations may be provided for customer satisfaction at Brows By CCW’s discretion.
